Implementation and configuration
The implementation of Evolucare solutions includes benefits related to infrastructure (see below), the installation of software components and interfaces, and the configuration of software with the solution administrators at the facility. This configuration includes both the development of job rules and classifications as well as security parameters and the authorization of users. Training
We provide and all-inclusive configuration of your system.
From the start of production of your system, personalized and target assistance is offered by software specialists present on site. An annual renewal of this assistance is offered to make the use of your system as efficient as possible.
Our training is provided by experienced health project managers, specialized consultants, and dedicated trainers. Some trainers are health care professionals. Assistance – Maintenance
Our contracts include a realistic training budget to ensure a smooth system start-up phase and minimize the need for additional training later
Customer support is provided 7 days a week by a dedicated and qualified team. Our maintenance contracts include new versions of the same software, especially in the case of regulatory changes. Information management
Assistance is assured by the implementation of remote maintenance solutions. The extension of 7 day a week and holiday maintenance is optional.
Clients may entrust Evolucare with the overall management and maintenance of their information systems, if they wish.
Hardware and infrastructure Our technical teams are able to design the infrastructure, hardware, software, and network (wired or wireless) and to ensure deployment. We can also act solely in an advisory capacity to help you make appropriate choices based on project requirements and on your technical and organization constraints.
The infrastructures that we recommend or provide include solutions of high availability, back-ups solutions, storage, and security.
